Description

Acreline is a WordPress real estate theme for listings, agents, and showing requests. A built-in setup wizard walks identity, colors, and optional demo content after you activate. Twenty-one Core Gutenberg blocks build the marketing pages. Searchable listings, map views, and Customizer identity with eight color styles ship ready — no Elementor or ACF required.

The problem it solves

Real estate offices need listing filters, a map, and agent pages that match their inventory. Generic luxury realtor skins bury parcels and force IDX chrome offices do not need.

How it works

Activate Acreline and run Appearance → Acreline Setup: brand the office, pick a color style, and optionally load demo listings without leaving wp-admin. Marketing pages are real Gutenberg blocks with ServerSideRender previews — agencies edit them in the block editor without a developer. Listings, agents, and bookings stay as post types with classic metaboxes so brokers manage their own inventory. Identity and colors also live in the Customizer. Tools → Block Generator and Migrate to Blocks ship in the theme so agencies can build pages without writing PHP.

Sage 11 + Blade + Tailwind v4 + Vite 8. Setup wizard under Appearance → Acreline Setup. Twenty-one server-rendered Core Gutenberg blocks for marketing pages (Block Generator + Migrate to Blocks). Listings, agents, and bookings as post types (optional Acreline Core so they survive a theme switch). Native SEO tags yield to Yoast / Rank Math / SEOPress / AIOSEO. Rank Math and Yoast both score well out of the box — listings include open-graph meta and structured post types for agency directories.

Handoff

You own the theme zip, child theme, and Core plugin. Run the setup wizard once, then edit marketing pages in the block editor. Agencies and brokers edit parcels, photos, and agent fields in wp-admin metaboxes. HTML docs ship in the pack. Hire me to import your inventory, brand the Customizer, or wire a real MLS feed.
